Terms:
- Payment is accepted in the form of a cashier's/bank check or money order. Credit card processes will incur a 4% processing fee.
- A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Final balance due 60 days prior to travel (90 days for holiday bookings).
- A $500 security deposit is required to book villa. Funds will be returned within seven days of checkout, once inventory control has been conducted.
